Effective Resume is brain child of Ms. Nidhi Jain. While working as a recruiter and later running on her own firm HR practice she has seen thousands of resume. Often she felt that although the person is well qualified and perfectly suitable for a particular job still he / she does not get shortlisted let alone getting the job. The main reason behind this is in most of the cases an unimpressive resume which is not at all effective for getting short listed. While looking on net for resume resoureces she found that there are many generic resume resources available but they lack specifics. Hence they are not suitable for making an effective resume for any particular stream. To help the candidates she has worked for a year to come up with Effective Resume. Effective resume is a resume resource created to cater the masses, help them in the time of difficulty with helping them in making an effective resume which goes to any employer and get them the job.
